Molding Film Semi-Matt MC-Mxx SR

Both sides semi-matt coated PET foil with release-coating for molding applications in semicon chip-packaging. The release coating is suitable for a large variety of solid epoxi-based mold compounds (resins). The film can be used for both transfer- or compression type molding presses at temperatures of up to 180°C. The product is free from PFAS chemicals.

The material is available in roll form in 50 or 75 um thickness.

Roll2Roll applications with best performance, Roll2Sheet not suitable. Coating side inside wound unless otherwise declared by labels.

Storage

Once packaging is opened, store at a room temperature of 15 - 25°C and at a humidity of 30 - 60 %
Shelf life 1 year after delivery (under above storage conditions)
